What pin backs do you use?
- Most pins come with standard rubber pin backs. These are easiest for me to manage as I have medical issues with my wrist and thumb joints! Some pins will come with metal backs, but I am phasing these out. Locking pin backs are available to purchase seperately should you want a more secure back.
Do you ship to my country?
- I ship worldwide, but there are a few countries I can no longer send to due to import laws. Shipping prices can be viewed by adding items to your cart and heading to checkout, if there are no options for your country I no longer ship there I'm afraid!
I am an international customer (outside the UK). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
- For orders outside of the United Kingdom, the customer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
If you prefer to pay tax on your package at checkout, I have an Etsy store with a limited selection of pins available to purchase. Due to the high fees charged by Etsy, prices for my items are higher; I can only apologise for this but it will give you the option to pay everything up front. Apparel, bags and other large items are not available on Etsy.
When will my order be dispatched?
- I do my very best to get orders out as soon as possible! Usually they are sent out within a week of ordering, but it can take a little longer during busy periods. Please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch to be safe. Dispatch emails are sent out via email so keep an eye on your inbox!
How long does shipping take?
- Shipping times can vary greatly and are affected by all sorts of things including the weather, holidays and pandemics! The following times are estimates.
- UK packages should arrive in 1-3 business days, but please allow 2 weeks!
- Tracked UK packages should arrive by 1pm the next working day after dispatch, if it does not please send me an email.
- EU packages should arrive in 3-5 working days, but please allow 12 weeks. Tracked EU packages have the same estimated shipping times, but you can see where your package is!
- International Standard - 6-7 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.
- International Tracked - 5-7 working days, but please allow 12 weeks.
I think my parcel is missing, what do I do?
- If the above allowed times have passed, please send me an email and I’ll look into it for you! Lost packages will be replaced free of charge. Refunds are also available upon request.
What is your returns policy?
- If you change your mind about your order you can return items in their original packaging for a refund for the items. This must be done within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
What if my order is wrong/something is faulty or missing?
- Please send me an email and I will sort it!! I may be a super human but I still make mistakes. I will always fix them though 💕

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?
- Often I don’t know the answer to this question! Most of my pins are limited edition and won't be restocked. Larger items like bags will be restocked with pre-order runs, so keep an eye on social media for when these happen. Please do not email me asking if X item is in stock - if it was it would be on the website!!
How does your monthly pin club work?
- Each month I design some super special pins especially for my club members! Club members get first dibs on these designs, and only members may purchase them for 6 months after their initial release. If there is any stock left after this time they will be unleashed for public sale but the best way to guarantee getting them is to join the club! Full info can be found on the pin club listings.
How do preorders work?
- Preorders are super important for small business! Getting stock in is very expensive, and preorders show me that there is enough demand to get lots of shiny things in as well as helping cover some of the costs. There is a minimum number of orders required to fund preorder products, you will not be charged until the minimum is hit! After this is met, you will receive an email with a payment link. Payment will be due within 1 week of requests having been sent, so make sure to keep an eye on that inbox.
What if I order other items with my pre-order?
- These will be sent with your pre-order item. If you'd like stock items sent sooner, please plaace two seperate orders.
I’m moving house! Can I change the address on my preorder?
- Of course! I will send out final reminders once stock arrives to make sure if you need to change your address you can. Send me an email (preferably with your order number!) with your new address and I can update your order info.
Can I cancel my preorder?
- You can, up until stock arrives at P&T HQ and final address emails are sent out. Updates will be sent out via email but if in doubt, contact me.
