🧷 Who designs your pins?
Every single design is hand-drawn by me; from the first pencil sketch to the final enamel pin. Each piece starts as a little spark of inspiration (and usually a strong cup of coffee ☕).
✨ Where are your pins made?
All designs are created in-house, then produced with trusted manufacturing partners who specialize in high-quality enamel and polished finishes. Every pin is inspected carefully before it ships out, only the shiniest make the cut!
💌 How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped within 5-7 working days.

UK orders: usually arrive in 2–4 days after dispatch.

International orders: typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on location and customs.
💎 Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your pins! If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us at info@pinandtonic.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
🐦 Do you take custom or commission orders?
From time to time, yes! We occasionally open custom design slots or collaborations. Keep an eye on @pinandtonicHQ for announcements or drop us an email if you have a project in mind.
