💫 Pin & Tonic ~ Frequently Asked Questions
🧷 Who designs your pins?
Every single design is hand-drawn by me; from the first pencil sketch to the final enamel pin. Each piece starts as a little spark of inspiration (and usually a strong cup of coffee ☕).
✨ Where are your pins made?
All designs are created in-house, then produced with trusted manufacturing partners who specialise in high-quality enamel and polished finishes. Every pin is inspected carefully before it ships out, only the shiniest make the cut!
📌 What type of backs do the pins have?
I use rubber pin backs! I have disabilities in my hands which mean I cannot open the metal ones. Locking pin backs are available to purchase seperately in my shop if you prefer.
🌍 Do you ship to my country?
I ship to most places, but unfortunately there are some I cannot send packages to due to their import laws. A number of EU countries are on this list - if you do not see a postage option at checkout, I cannot ship to you! Sorry 😭
💌 How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and shipped within 5-7 working days.
- UK orders: usually arrive in 2–4 days after dispatch.
- International orders: typically arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on location and customs. Please allow up to 12 weeks for international packages. Standard shipping does not include tracking but the option to upgrade to tracked shipping is available at checkout.
Please double check the listings when ordering as pre-order items and club pins often have specific shipping dates outside of those listed above.
📢 I need to update my address!
Please email info@pinandtonic.co.uk as soon as possible if your order confirmation has the wrong address on it! Updating your address in your account settings WILL NOT update existing orders.
This is particularly important for pre-order items as these are shipped later than standard orders!
💎 Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your pins! If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us at info@pinandtonic.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
🐦 Do you take custom or commission orders?
From time to time, yes! We occasionally open custom design slots or collaborations. Keep an eye on @pinandtonicHQ for announcements or drop us an email if you have a project in mind.
